Associate Project Manager, Device Logistics

Your tasks

• Manage the implementation, delivery, and closeout of device logistics projects supporting electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) studies.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure inventory management, mobile device management, and global shipping activities are completed on schedule.
• Oversee project budgets, track allocated hours, and support the change order process when project requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to define project scope, clarify responsibilities, and establish delivery expectations with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project-specific deployment plans, monitoring service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, sponsors, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, establish appropriate contingency plans, and ensure compliance with applicable quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally involving clinical project delivery.
• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and monitor multiple project activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work remotely while coordinating effectively with teams operating in the US East Coast time zone.
