Analista de CRM SR

Develop and implement CRM strategies designed to improve conversion and performance across different stages of the customer lifecycle.

Support the design and execution of customer journeys and CRM campaigns, ensuring strategies are translated accurately into operational activities.

Plan and conduct tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and continuously optimize campaigns.

Measure and analyze CRM campaign performance, translating results and customer data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with Data, Martech, UX, and other internal teams to ensure CRM initiatives are integrated, effective, and aligned with broader customer experience objectives.

Identify new opportunities to improve customer lifecycle performance, engagement, and growth.

Provide guidance and operational support to the assigned CRM team, helping ensure efficient and high-quality execution.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on CRM experience .

Strong knowledge of Salesforce and practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud .

Proven experience working on projects focused on customer lifecycle optimization.

Solid understanding of CRM operations, campaign execution, customer journeys, and lifecycle strategies.

Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work with data to generate actionable business insights.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

CRM or digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in an agency or consulting environment is desirable.

Knowledge of the Insider platform is considered an advantage.
