• RAGSystemsandKnowledgeIntegration:Developretrieval-augmentedgenerationpipelinesconnectingLLMstoproprietaryinformationusingPostgreSQLwithpgvectorandvectordatabasessuchasPinecone,Weaviate,andFAISS.
• Full-StackDevelopment:Createend-to-endAIapplicationswithintuitiveuserinterfaces,robustbackendfunctionality,andsecureintegrationsforinternalandexternalusers.
• WorkflowAutomation:Buildself-servicetoolsandintelligentworkflowsthatautomaterepetitivetasks,streamlinecontentcreation,supportlocalization,andimprovetrainingandsalesenablementprocesses.
• APIDevelopmentandIntegration:DesignsecureRESTfulAPIsandintegrateAIsolutionswithbusinessapplications,learningplatforms,salesenablementsystems,knowledgerepositories,andthird-partyservices.

• SecurityandResponsibleAI:Implementauthentication,authorization,role-basedaccesscontrols,dataprivacysafeguards,andprotectionsagainstpromptinjection,unauthorizedaccess,andunintendedactions.Maintainappropriateseparationofinternal,partner,andcustomerinformation.
• EngineeringExcellence:EstablishandmaintainCI/CDpipelines,automatedtesting,versioncontrol,codereviews,reusablelibraries,APIwrappers,andstandardizeddevelopmentpractices.
• AIEvaluationandPerformanceOptimization:Developevaluationframeworkstomeasureansweraccuracy,retrievalquality,relevance,andappropriatehandlingofunsupportedrequests.Monitorlatency,tokenconsumption,errorrates,andoperatingcoststoimprovereliabilityandefficiency.

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,DataScience,Engineering,ArtificialIntelligence,orarelatedquantitativediscipline.Amaster'sdegreeisanasset.
• ProfessionalExperience:ThreetofiveyearsofrelevantexperienceinAI/ML,datascience,softwareengineering,orarelatedfield,withademonstratedtrackrecordofbuildinganddeployingintelligentsystemsorautomationsolutions.
• PythonDevelopment:StrongproficiencyinPython,includingexperiencewithpandasandasynchronousprogramming.
• FrontendDevelopment:WorkingknowledgeofJavaScriptorTypeScriptforbuildinguser-facingapplications.
• AIAgentsandLLMs:Hands-onexperiencedevelopingmultistepagenticworkflowsusingcode-firstframeworkssuchasLangChain,AutoGen,orCrewAI,andintegratingLLMAPIsfromproviderssuchasOpenAI,GoogleGemini,andAnthropic.
• RAGandVectorDatabases:PracticalexperiencedesigningRAGpipelinesandworkingwithPostgreSQLandpgvector,vectordatabasessuchasPineconeorWeaviate,orsearchlibrariessuchasFAISS.
• CloudandApplicationDeployment:ExperiencedeployingapplicationsinGoogleCloud,particularlyVertexAIandCloudFunctions,withfamiliaritywithAzureorAWSconsideredbeneficial.
• SoftwareEngineeringPractices:SolidunderstandingofGit,automatedtesting,CI/CD,RESTfulAPIdevelopment,securecoding,andmaintainablesoftwarearchitecture.
