Your tasks

• BackendDevelopment:Build,maintain,andimprovebackendservices,APIs,integrations,anddatapipelinesusingGo,Python,orsimilarprogramminglanguages.
• FeatureOwnership:Manageassignedfeaturesandenhancementsthroughoutthedevelopmentlifecycle,includingimplementation,automatedtesting,deployment,andongoingmaintenance.
• Cloud-NativeEngineering:Workwithcontainerizedapplications,Kubernetes,anddistributedsystemstosupportscalableandreliablesoftwaresolutions.
• AI-AugmentedDevelopment:UseAI-powereddevelopmenttoolsforcodegeneration,implementation,testing,debugging,andcodeexplorationwhileindependentlyvalidatingoutputsandmaintainingresponsibilityforcodequality.
• SoftwareQuality:Writeclean,maintainable,well-testedcodeandactivelyparticipateincodereviews,designdiscussions,andcollaborativeengineeringpractices.
• TroubleshootingandReliability:Investigatesoftwaredefects,identifyrootcauses,andimplementdurablesolutionstoimprovesystemstabilityandperformance.
• DevOpsandProductionSupport:ContributetoCI/CDpipelines,observability,automation,andproductionoperationstoimprovedeploymentefficiencyandservicereliability.
• ContinuousImprovement:Applytechnicalfeedback,productioninsights,andestablishedengineeringstandardstoimprovesystemarchitecture,developmentworkflows,andoveralldeliveryquality.

Requirements

• ProfessionalExperience:Approximately1–2yearsofprofessionalsoftwareengineeringexperience,primarilyfocusedonbackenddevelopment.
• ProgrammingSkills:PracticalexperiencewithGo,Python,oranothercomparablebackendprogramminglanguage,withtheabilitytowriteclearandmaintainablecode.
• CoreEngineeringKnowledge:Goodunderstandingofdatastructures,algorithms,debuggingtechniques,versioncontrol,automatedtesting,andmodernsoftwaredevelopmentpractices.
• APIandDatabaseExperience:FamiliaritywithRESTAPIs,relationaldatabases,andthedevelopmentorintegrationofbackendservices.
• CloudandDistributedSystems:Basicunderstandingofcloud-nativeapplications,containerizedenvironments,anddistributedsystemconcepts.
• AIDevelopmentTools:WillingnessandabilitytoincorporateAI-assistedcodingtoolsintodailyengineeringworkflows,criticallyevaluategeneratedcode,andtakeownershipoftheresultingimplementation.
• Problem-Solving:Stronganalyticalthinkingandtheabilitytobreakdowntechnicalchallenges,investigateissuesmethodically,anddeveloppractical,reliablesolutions.
