Advogado(a) Pleno (Resolução de Disputas e Propriedade Intelectual)
Accountabilities: Support the management and conduct of the company’s portfolio of proceedings involving civil law, consumer law, and intellectual property matters.
Manage and follow up on litigation activities, ensuring deadlines, procedural requirements, and strategic priorities are handled effectively.
Respond to and coordinate judicial, administrative, and police requests and requirements.
Support the management of intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, and software registrations, with a focus on protecting and strengthening the portfolio.
Assist with administrative procedures before the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and judicial disputes involving intellectual property.
Manage and coordinate relationships with external law firms, ensuring technical quality, strategic alignment, service efficiency, and appropriate follow-up.
Monitor, manage, and continuously improve litigation and intellectual property KPIs, using data and performance insights to support efficiency and innovation.
Communicate legal matters clearly to non-legal stakeholders and contribute to practical, business-oriented solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining autonomy, organization, and strong prioritization across multiple demands.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Specialization in Civil Procedure is required.
More than 3 years of professional experience in dispute resolution, particularly civil and consumer litigation.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of legal proceedings and coordinating external law firms.
Practical experience managing intellectual property assets, including INPI administrative proceedings and judicial disputes.
Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing deadlines, priorities, and multiple legal matters.
Clear and effective communication skills, particularly when explaining legal topics to non-legal audiences.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound professional judgment.
Strong business awareness and the ability to connect legal activities with broader organizational objectives.
Data-oriented mindset with an interest in using metrics and insights to improve legal operations.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred: Specialization in Intellectual Property.
Preferred: Fluent English.
