- Develop and follow up on quality systems, ensuring correct application of processes
- Lead and motivate the QC team, ensure optimal staffing, and take on a role model position
- Follow up on quality analyses and draw up action plans in case of problems - detective work on the shop floor
- Handle internal and external complaints, analyze causes, and develop improvement actions
- Manage certificates, update documentation, and coordinate audits
- Keep formulas up-to-date in the system and process changes
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations for continuous improvement of processes
- Report directly to the Operations Director
- Bachelor or Master in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- Experience with quality control and management systems in a production environment
- Affinity with regulations regarding chemical products or willingness to learn
- Strong team leader who takes initiative and communicates clearly - no quiet types
- Hands-on mentality: both building systems and being present on the shop floor
- Knowledge of quality processes and analysis techniques in a laboratory environment
- Analytical skills and practical problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of English and French for international contacts
- Proactive working attitude with an eye for detail and long-term commitment
