Junior B2B Sales & Account Development Representative (HR Services)

Jobfind.gr, the leading platform for job searching and human resources services, is looking for a dynamic, communicative, and organized individual to join the network development and sales team in Thessaloniki (Location: Voulgari Metro Station).

The position begins with an initial stage of intensive practical training (duration of 2 months) in the Customer Support department, with the aim of achieving full familiarity with the platform, the processes for posting and publishing advertisements, as well as customer support. Subsequently, the individual will join the commercial department, taking an active role in the approach, presentation, and development of the corporate client base.

The position is full-time (in-house) with physical presence at the Jobfind headquarters in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities

• Initial two-month training in the management, entry, and publication of advertisements on Jobfind, as well as in the daily service of collaborating companies.
• Market and competition research to identify new business opportunities and find new corporate clients (lead generation).
• Development of a new B2B client base through targeted telephone communication with business managers and HR executives.
• Presentation of Jobfind services and solutions via telephone, email, as well as through online meetings (Zoom / Teams).
• Maintenance and strengthening of partnership and trust relationships with the client base.

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Social Sciences, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in an office environment (customer support, back-office, or commercial/administrative role).
• Excellent proficiency in telephone communication and developed general communication and negotiation skills (oral and written).
• Education or training in the field of Human Resources (HR) Management - will be particularly appreciated whether it concerns a postgraduate degree or certified seminars/training.
• Familiarity with digital video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) and MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of the English Language
