About This Role About NEM Insurance Plc NEM Insurance Plc is a Nigerian insurance institution seeking an experienced System & Network Administrator to support its corporate technology environment. Role Overview The successful candidate will oversee corporate IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, information security operations, and technical support for internal insurance platforms. Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and optimize corporate network infrastructure. Manage enterprise servers and standard networking protocols. Maintain information security frameworks and support cybersecurity best practices. Monitor hardware health and address infrastructure issues. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network-device problems. Troubleshoot issues involving Insurance Enterprise System software. Maintain records of network configurations and system performance. Keep IT asset and troubleshooting documentation up to date.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least four years of hands-on experience in system and network administration. Insurance-sector IT or Insurance Enterprise System support experience is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or Microsoft Certified Administrator are an advantage. Strong technical diagnostic skills. Excellent problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail.
