Payroll Officer

About This Role African Industries Group (AIG) is seeking a Payroll Officer to support payroll administration and related processes. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll administration or a similar role. Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant payroll systems or software. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF and nested IF formulas, SUM, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, data sorting and filtering, conditional formatting, and basic data analysis and reconciliation. Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
