HR Generalist

About This Role Cutix Plc is seeking a mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across its manufacturing workforce, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and HRIS data Support payroll by managing attendance, leave, overtime and related information Handle employee relations and support performance management Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws, HSE requirements and internal standards Coordinate training, employee engagement and welfare initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field BA, BSc or HND qualification Two to five years of progressive HR experience Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial operations is preferred Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory HR requirements Knowledge of pension, NHF, NSITF and PAYE requirements Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage
