HR Officer/L&D (International)

For an international market-leading production company in Houthalen, we are looking for an HR Officer to join and strengthen the Global HR team.
You will enter an innovative environment where technology, sustainability, and collaboration are central. The company develops and produces high-tech solutions for the international metal industry and combines production with machine building. From the Belgian location, you will work on global HR projects that have a direct impact on the organization.
Your challenge
As an HR Officer, you will be part of the international HR team and support various HR processes and projects. You are an important link in strengthening the global learning culture and ensure that HR initiatives are rolled out in an efficient and high-quality manner.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Coordinating international Learning & Development programs.
- Organizing and providing administrative support for training sessions and workshops.
- Managing and updating various HR and learning platforms.
- Co-developing e-learning modules in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Supporting various HR projects regarding, among others, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employer Branding, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
- Following up on administrative HR processes, deadlines, and internal communication.
- Writing and collecting articles for internal communication.
You are an administratively strong HR professional who likes to take initiative and works smoothly in an international context.
In addition, you possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within HR.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- A precise and proactive working attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
