We are looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d) for a manufacturing company in the Mettmann district.

• Permanent employment
• Full-time
• Salary € 70,000 p. a. gross per year depending on qualification, plus bonus
• Home office possible 1 day per week

Your tasks:

Holistic support for employees and managers in the White-Collar environment Advising managers on all personnel-related and labor law issues Trustful cooperation with the Betriebsrat Preparation and implementation of personnel measures taking into account collective and individual legal frameworks Steering and implementation of operational HR processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle Support in recruiting processes for technical and commercial positions Participation in HR projects as well as continuous optimization of existing HR processes Collaboration with international contact persons and support with English-language HR topics Ensuring professional and service-oriented personnel support

Your profile:

Completed studies with a focus on HR, Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, Personnel Officer, or HR Business Partner Experience in supporting White-Collar employees Sound knowledge of labor law as well as practical experience in cooperation with the Betriebsrat Experience in management consulting and in operational HR management Very good English skills in speaking and writing Professional experience in an industrial company High communication and consulting competence as well as a confident appearance at all levels Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
