For our customer, an established logistics company, we are currently looking for an Expedient (m/f/d) within the framework of temporary employment (AÜG).

Expedient (AÜG) (m/f/d)

Important information beforehand:

• Fixed-term position for 12 months
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

Your tasks:

• Processing of incoming goods via truck, rail, and inland waterway for packaged and unpackaged goods
• Organization and handling of shipping processes in national and international freight traffic
• Control and coordination of vehicle calls
• Carrying out identity checks, entry legitimations, and documentation
• Processing process deviations and troubleshooting in daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with commercial, tax, customs, dangerous goods, and transport law regulations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau, or Bürokaufmann/-frau
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Good typing skills (10-finger system)
• Experience in handling SAP R/3
• Knowledge of customs, tax, commercial, dangerous goods, and road traffic law is an advantage
• Further foreign language skills are desirable
• High resilience and confident action even in stressful situations
• Experience in customer or public interaction with a strong service orientation
• Reliable, committed, and flexible way of working as well as teamwork and assertiveness
