Carpenters / Joiners for production work – permanent position

We have several customers in Vestfold who are looking for skilled candidates who want to work within wood-based production and building production. One of our solid customers is experiencing increasing activity and now needs more carpenters/joiners for production work indoors.

Here you will work in modern production facilities with fixed frameworks and clear tasks. You avoid traveling between different projects and instead get a stable workplace with good development opportunities. This is well suited for you who enjoy practical work in wood, like structured production, and want a secure job in a solid company.

Location: Vestfold

Tasks

• Production work in wood production
• Use of hand tools and stationary production equipment
• Quality assurance of own work
• Collaboration with production teams and other professional groups
• Maintaining order in the workplace and following HMS routines

Working hours

• 2-shift system
• Possibility for 3-shift
• Possibility for overtime, if desired

Qualifications

• Trade certificate as a carpenter/joiner is an advantage
• Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of trade certificate
• Experience from construction, woodwork, or production
• Genuine interest in the profession and understanding of the industry
• A good team player with good collaboration skills
• Structured and quality-conscious

Language

• Norwegian is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You must be able to communicate well in English
• Lithuanian is an advantage, as several colleagues have this background
