Your tasks

Job Description Management of the distribution system, the planning and coordination team, and external transport contractors. Direct management of approximately 7 employees and approximately 15 distribution contractors. Planning and optimization of distribution routes, performance control, and process improvement. Supervision of loading, handling malfunctions, and providing operational solutions in the field. Recruitment and management of transport contractors, agreements, and invoice control. Working with internal and external organizational interfaces. Full-time position, 06:00–16:00, including field inspections.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree - Mandatory, preference for the logistics field. At least 3 years of experience in managing a distribution system - Mandatory. Experience in managing employees and transport contractors - Mandatory. Understanding of planning and optimization of distribution routes. Good level of English. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP - Advantage. Ability for independent management, excellent interpersonal skills, and working under pressure.
