Operational Quality Assurance Manager

As part of the role:

• Management of an operational quality assurance team consisting of approximately 4 employees.
• Management of the team responsible for GMP audits on the production floor, inspection and approval of change controls, validations for equipment and computerized systems, annual review reports, and more.
• Responsibility for compliance with regulatory requirements and requirements according to the quality policy in the operational sector.
• Control over the ongoing activity of various operational departments, leading and implementing quality projects, preparing and accompanying the site during quality audits by authorities and private customers, performing risk assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements, updating procedures, and implementing continuous improvement and efficiency processes.
• Defining a work plan, approving methods and procedures, multitasking and meeting deadlines, extensive interface work.

Full-time position, open to both genders.

• Education in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Quality or equivalent relevant degrees - Mandatory.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (preference for the operational department) - Mandatory.
• Experience with GMP principles from the pharma industry - Mandatory.
• Proven managerial experience - Mandatory.
• English at a very good level - Mandatory.
