Quality Assurance Technician

Your area of responsibility

• Execution and documentation of series and development-accompanying tests on purchased parts (according to PLP, PEP, EMPB, etc.)
• Creation and maintenance of test plans (PLPs) as well as work and test instructions for purchased parts based on existing technical drawings
• Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant data in SAP and/or CAQ systems
• Collaboration in the processing of supplier complaints as well as support with 8D reports
• Support in error analyses (damage case analyses for customer complaints) and continuous improvement processes (KVP)
• Execution of measurements and tests (e.g., geometric measurement, destructive testing, material analyses, metallographic investigations)
• Support of internal departments with material technology questions
• Ensuring the proper documentation of all quality-relevant process steps
• Testing equipment management (monitoring, coordination of external calibration service providers, measurement equipment capability analysis)
• Maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory including equipment (5S)

Your profile

• Completed technical training (HTL, technical college, apprenticeship with further training) in the field of mechanical engineering, materials technology, or comparable
• Experience in a technical laboratory (metal, plastics industry, automotive) ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment as well as technical drawings (appointment of testing equipment officers is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of SAP and/or CAQ systems is an advantage
• Structured and careful way of working as well as a strong sense of quality
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with internal interfaces
• Proficient English language skills are necessary

Remuneration

A monthly gross salary starting from EUR 3,800 is provided for this position. Depending on qualification and experience, there is a willingness to significantly overpay.
