Maintenance Technician Airport Machines

As a maintenance technician at Zaventem airport, you will get the chance to work on advanced airport machines in a dynamic and safe environment. You will perform maintenance and repairs on rolling stock, ranging from mechanical to hydraulic systems. You will join a team specialized in the maintenance, repair, rental, and sale of airport equipment.

A typical workday includes performing maintenance work on motorized equipment such as engines, axles, and brakes, dismantling and assembling parts according to machine instructions and documentation, and checking mechanical systems. You report defects to the breakdown service and, if necessary, perform repairs on the tarmac. You work closely with your colleagues and get the daily opportunity to learn in an environment where safety and quality are central.

• You possess at least a lower secondary education diploma
• You preferably have experience with (motorized) rolling stock
• You speak fluent French and English
• You have a passion for technology and are eager to learn
• You are customer- and result-oriented, quality- and safety-conscious
• You can work both independently and in a team
• You have a driving license B
• You are flexible and motivated
• You do not shy away from responsibility
