Electrical technician in Hoogstraten (day shift)
As an electrical technician on the day shift, you play a crucial role in the maintenance and optimization of an extensive machine park. You analyze malfunctions and actively participate in technical improvements, both corrective and preventive. After your induction period, you will participate in the on-call rotation, during which you will be on call for an average of one week per month, with an average of two interventions per night or weekend.
A typical workday begins with a short team meeting to discuss the priorities of the day. You perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, read and interpret electrical diagrams, and collaborate with colleagues on projects such as modifying or revising electrical installations. Additionally, you take safety procedures into account and actively contribute ideas for process improvement.

- You have obtained at least a higher secondary education diploma, preferably in a technical field
- You have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a technician in an industrial environment
- You possess good knowledge of electricity and automation (PLC, HMI)
- You can read and interpret electrical diagrams
- You are familiar with the use of measuring and testing equipment
- You have knowledge of safety regulations (BA4/BA5)
- Basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus
- You are problem-solving, stress-resistant, and can work both independently and in a team
- You have a flexible mindset and are willing to participate in on-call shifts
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and always work in an organized manner
- You speak sufficient English for technical communication
