Logistics Engineer (M/F/X)
Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Logistics Engineer for a reference industry in the automotive sector, in the metalworking area, located in Vendas Novas. The professional to be recruited will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire flow of materials, from the supplier to the production line, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Functions: Optimize logistics processes, ensuring the continuous and efficient flow of materials, from reception to dispatch. Manage and control stock levels, implementing strategies to minimize costs and maximize material availability. Collaborate in negotiations with suppliers and carriers, ensuring the best service and cost conditions. Analyze logistics performance data, identify points for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects in the supply chain. Coordinate warehouse and logistics teams, promoting a productive and safe working environment. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all logistics operations.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Management, Logistics, or similar). Minimum professional experience of 3 years in Logistics Engineer roles, preferably in the automotive or metalworking sector. Solid knowledge of stock management tools (ERP), preferably SAP. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Spoken and written knowledge of English, with knowledge of Spanish being valued. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel).
