Customer Service (m/f/x) - Valongo

Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting Customer Service for a reference client in the Logistics sector, in Valongo.

Functions: -Monitor orders, instructions, changes, and occurrences until closure. -Provide clear and timely information regarding the status of services. -Manage complaints and coordinate responses and corrective actions. -Articulate with Commercial, Operations, AO2, Transport, and Invoicing. -Ensure the integrity and safety of the equipment used and the surrounding area; -Comply with applicable Quality, Environment, and Safety procedures and instructions.

Requirements: -Secondary education or technical training in maintenance, metalomechanics, repair, or logistics. -Experience in B2B Customer Service, logistics, or transport, -Intermediate professional English; -Knowledge in the field of transport of dangerous goods; -Knowledge of quality, environment, and safety rules

Offer:

• Base salary: 920 euros
• Food Allowance: 7.23€ / worked day
• Possibility of integration into the client.
• Working Hours: Mon. to Fri – 08:00 to 17:00
