KPI Analyst – Logistics and Planning

Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a KPI Analyst – Logistics and Planning for a leading company in the automotive industry sector located in Palmela.

Your Mission: You will be responsible for managing production and non-production material stocks, ensuring their continuous availability, avoiding interruptions in assembly lines, and preventing excess inventory.

What you will do (Main Responsibilities): Plan and control inventory using company systems, configuring new items and managing parameters for stock optimization; Place purchase orders with suppliers, tracking delivery dates, quantities, and pending shipments; Coordinate material reception with suppliers and warehouse teams, verifying compliance with Advance Shipping Notices (ASN); Track normal transport and coordinate urgent transport to ensure production continuity; Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, resolving physical or system discrepancies; Analyze consumption and support cyclic counts and physical inventory activities; Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.

What we are looking for (Requirements): Higher Education (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) in Distribution Management, Logistics, or a similar area (preferred); Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics or Warehouse functions; Solid knowledge of Stock Management, Procurement, and inbound flows; Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written); Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Dynamic, organized, and proactive profile, with resilience to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer:

Monthly base salary between €1150 and €1736.83, depending on proven professional experience. Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
