Job and Talent is looking for talent! We are currently searching for ideal male and female candidates to occupy a key position in the billing and accounting area.

This position is fundamental to our financial operations. Whoever assumes this role will be responsible for managing manual invoices, resolving customer disputes, performing re-billing, and creating and distributing various reports. It is a position that requires meticulous attention to detail to audit and prepare adjustments, conduct relevant investigations, and ensure that all steps of the billing process are followed in the correct order and with the highest quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

Prepare daily reconciliations and analyze source documents in detail.

Ensure the accuracy of customer records and provide timely responses to their inquiries.

Identify, investigate, and effectively resolve any errors or disputes from customers.

Edit billing-related information, update account statements, and ensure that appropriate supporting documentation is always included.

Review customer contracts to update new prices and manage exception lists.

Create and process manual billing entries, reviewing and comparing final billing with agreed rates.

Add and keep account information and their requirements up to date within the company's various billing systems.

Requirements and working conditions:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Competent command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

English level above 70%.

Previous experience in accounting and billing (Highly preferred).

Work modality: Hybrid.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
