We are looking for you who: 🔞 Are at least 18 years old 🖍 Are fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and have good English skills. 💻 Have basic computer knowledge 💭 Are service-oriented, professional and thorough but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant and enjoy problem-solving 👜 Are flexible, available and are ready to work here for at least 12 months

About the position: 📞 Customer support via incoming phone calls, email and chat where you analyze problems and in a fast, engaged and pedagogical way solve customers' cases of both simple and complicated nature 👨‍💻 Upselling - where in every call you will perform a needs analysis as well as inform all customers about ongoing campaigns ⏳ You will work with set goals where you among other things will be assessed on call time, customer satisfaction and sales goals 🔍 During the recruitment process we conduct mandatory background checks on all candidates (we will therefore ask for your personal identity number in our first contact with you) .
