About the job:

Deliver fantastic customer service to Swedish customers

Communicate and help customers over the phone regardless of the situation or questions the customer may have regarding money transfers.

Handle complaints/error reports

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Qualifications:

You who have Swedish as your mother tongue

You who have good English skills (at least B2 level)

You who are computer literate and type quickly on the keyboard

You who are motivated to learn something new!
