We are looking for a Junior content moderator to support our team. The primary purpose is to review user flagging reports regarding website content. It is a very detailed-orientated role, with significant stress resistance and concentration. Key Responsibilities:

Review user flagging reports regarding website content.

Understand and remain up-to-date with the client's policies and guidelines.

Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action timely.

Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.

Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside established policies.

Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.

Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects.

Required qualifications

Fluency in Norwegian and English

No previous experience required; Maximum until 12 months of experience within the content moderation

Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others)

Ability to work on a shift basis, 24/7 availability
