Shifts are Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30

Job As a customer service agent, you will communicate with clients and help them resolve their issues. An average day will look like this:

Helping e-commerce clients using multiple channels assigned according to need

Managing customer orders

Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed, and efficiently resolved

Proactively suggest ways to improve processes

Adherence to assigned processes and procedures

Updating the customer database and documenting activities

Reporting common issues to the support team for further escalation

Your qualifications 💭 You speak and write Croatian at a native level and speak English fluently (B2).

🎓 Previous experience with clients and customers is desirable, but not mandatory. 💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer skills. 💪🏻 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research and identify legal information. 🥇 Strong communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
