Your tasks
Were you the one who always fixed problems with the television or with the Wi-Fi in your home? Maybe this job has been been written in the stars for you since the day you were born. As a Front Office Technical Agent for this telecommunications & digital services company, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. Beyond solving technical questions, you also recognize and act on sales opportunities. You will handle mainly incoming calls, providing support and advice to customers on a wide range of topics related to:
- Fixed and mobile networks
- Broadband and carrier coverage
- Television and Wi-Fi connectivity
Your responsibilities include assisting customers with issues such as:
- Troubles logging into their account
- GPS signal problems
- Poor Wi-Fi or TV connection
- Malfunctioning remote control devices
- Other common technical challenges
Requirements
You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a basic level (B2)
Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer care is preferred
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
You have a commercial mindset, are motivated to learn and are a structured communicator
You are patient and empathetic.
