A Managed IT Services company specializing in computing, cloud, networking, and information security is recruiting a Manager for the technical service center! A managerial role at the headquarters in Hadera, with full responsibility for the center and the team of technicians!
Job Description:
- Receiving service calls, prioritizing, and assigning technicians based on urgency, location, and expertise.
- Managing workloads and monitoring response times and compliance with SLA targets.
- Handling complex calls and exceptional incidents until full resolution.
- Training, mentoring, and professional development of the team.
- Managing technological projects from planning to delivery.
- Regular meetings with customers and presenting service status.
- Generating managerial reports and analyzing service metrics for management.
Salary and Conditions:
- Salary according to experience.
- Full-time position: Sun-Thu, 09:00-18:00.
- Managerial role with full responsibility for the center and the team.
- Location: Mordechai Kostlitz 4, Shaarei Hadera Building
- Experience in managing a technical service center, Help Desk, or support team - Mandatory.
- Experience in managing and motivating employees and leading a team to meet targets - Mandatory.
- Good level of technical English and a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with computing systems, networking, Microsoft 365, servers, and cloud - Significant advantage!
- Experience in an integration company or Managed IT Services - Advantage.
