Import and International Logistics Manager - High Salary!
Our company is looking for an experienced and professional Import Manager to lead all the company's import, logistics, and commercial chain processes! End-to-end management of international shipments, working with suppliers abroad, customs brokers, and freight forwarding companies, alongside optimization of costs and schedules!
Job Description:
- Management and operation of import processes (sea, air, and land) - from the ordering stage to handling in the company's warehouses.
- Continuous work with international freight forwarding companies, customs brokers, land transport companies, and suppliers abroad.
- Obtaining regulatory approvals, handling import licenses, and working with the Standards Institution and government ministries.
- Checking import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO) and requesting invoices.
- Negotiating shipping rates, fees, and storage - to reduce logistics chain costs.
- Close synchronization with the Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Logistics Warehouse departments.
Salary and Conditions:
- Full-time position: Sun-Thu, 08:30-17:30.
- Professional role with full responsibility for the import chain.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in import management / international logistics - Mandatory.
- Full command of English (speaking, writing, and reading at a commercial level) - Deep familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and import regulation - Good command of ERP systems (preference for חשבשבת) and high-level Excel.
- Additional languages - Advantage!
