Multiple L5 & L6 M&E contractor firms Project Manager, Senior Project Manager Job Descripition plan and execute Mechanical ACMV project in compliance with safety, quality and schedule. Able to drive project progress and scheduling. Manage all sites matters. Provide technical submission of proposal/ drawings/ MOS/ RA etc. Attend site meetings and necessary site walk. Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external stake holder. Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Adminstrate Variation Orders Able to lead and guide a team. Requirements: 5-10 years of working experience in for ACMV system. Well verse in MEPL system knowledge. Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Well verse in Chiller, Cooling tower, Chiller pump, AHU, FCU, MV fans, Ducting Able to size equipment. Able to discuss and push for equipment approval, shop drawing submission technically to resolve pending matters.
