General Accountant (M/F)

Job Link Marseille Tertiaire, a recruitment agency specializing in temporary and CDI-CDD positions, is looking for a General Accountant for its client as part of a CDI position opportunity.

Reporting to the finance department, you will notably be responsible for:

-The recording and control of invoices and other accounting documents, in euros and in foreign currencies -The preparation of closing work and monthly statements with the accounting firm -The control of bank accounts and the performance of reconciliations -The monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as associated payments -The establishment and monitoring of customer invoicing -The daily monitoring of cash flow and collections -The preparation of payment runs -The processing of expense reports -The monitoring of analytical accounting -The preparation of tax and regulatory declarations -The monitoring of VAT issues related to international operations, in relation with the service provider in charge of declarations -The collection and verification of elements necessary for tax declarations -The management and digital filing of accounting supporting documents -Participation in bringing processes into compliance with regulatory developments, -Participation in various accounting projects and the improvement of internal processes

Profile: -With a Bac+2 degree in accounting or management, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting in a similar position. -Experience in the industrial sector or in an international environment will be particularly appreciated. -You are comfortable in a versatile position and know how to manage several subjects in parallel. Organized and autonomous, you are able to work with sometimes short deadlines while maintaining a high level of rigor. -You enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate with different interlocutors. Your analytical spirit and your ability to maintain perspective allow you to effectively handle the accounting issues encountered on a daily basis. -A good knowledge of French accounting and tax regulations, as well as tax issues related to international operations, is expected. -Mastery of Excel is necessary. Knowledge of Divalto is an advantage. -Written English is necessary
