International Charterer (M/F)

Job Link, a recruitment agency specializing in CDD/CDI and temporary staffing, is recruiting for one of its clients specializing in international transport, based in the Paris region, an international charterer with FLUENT ENGLISH.

Your tasks

In this context, your missions will be as follows

• Organize, plan, and coordinate international transports (import/export) while respecting deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.
• Optimize transport flows by proposing solutions that are efficient both economically and operationally.
• Search for, select, and negotiate with international transport providers.
• Ensure operational follow-up of files, after-sales service, and customer relations.
• Control the compliance of transport documents (CMR, waybills, bills of lading, invoices, etc.) and establish competitive price offers as part of calls for tender.
• Coordinate customs and regulatory formalities in connection with the relevant services.
• Update files in the TMS tool and guarantee correct invoicing.

Requirements

Ideally holding a degree in transport, you have at least 3 years of experience in international chartering.

You possess fluent English.

You have a good mastery of IT tools and very good ease in customer relations.

What we offer

Remuneration: 35-40kEUR

The position is a CDI to be filled immediately.
