Presentation of the client Our client is a major player in the distribution of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and solutions intended for professionals. They support companies daily in the layout and operation of their workspaces through a wide and diversified offering.

In this context, you will ensure the following responsibilities:

• You will define the strategy for your product categories, taking into account commercial objectives, customer expectations, and market developments
• You will build and evolve product ranges in order to offer a coherent, competitive, and adapted range to the needs of professionals
• You will analyze trends, reference performance, margin levels, and purchasing behaviors in order to identify new development opportunities
• You will determine the positioning of products, brands, and prices, while ensuring the attractiveness and profitability of the offering
• You will manage the launch, renewal, and withdrawal of products in coordination with the relevant internal teams
• You will develop purchasing strategies and select the most relevant suppliers according to criteria of quality, price, reliability, and innovation capacity
• You will prepare and conduct commercial negotiations with partners in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions

Profile Description:

• You possess a real commercial sensitivity and you enjoy environments in which analysis, negotiation, and decision-making play an important role
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a role as a product manager, category manager, buyer, or in a position combining range management and supplier negotiation
• You master the different stages of building and managing a product offering
• You use English in a professional context and have a level between B2 and C1
• You possess a developed analytical mind and know how to formulate relevant recommendations
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to create relationships of trust with your partners
• You demonstrate a true capacity for adaptation in a constantly evolving environment.
