Job Link Evry, a recruitment agency specializing in temporary, permanent, and fixed-term contracts, is searching for its client, a public transport network.

As part of an After-Sales Service team and reporting to the Customer Quality Assurance Manager, your mission will be to provide technical assistance as well as support to users on specific technical equipment.

Your missions: Provide technical assistance to customers

Process warranties

Handle recall operations

Manage customer complaints

Train customer teams in first-level maintenance operations

Perform technical expertise on equipment

Analyze technical feedback from customers and After-Sales Service

Process technical feedback as part of a continuous improvement process

Support users on-site

Participate in the continuous improvement of products and services.

Profile Description:

With a minimum of a Bac +2 level education in the fields of mechanics, industrial maintenance, or an equivalent technical specialty, you ideally have significant experience of at least five years in a technical environment.

You possess solid knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and/or electricity, allowing you to analyze technical issues and provide appropriate solutions. Comfortable with reading technical drawings, you are also able to communicate in English in a professional context.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy customer contact and know how to transmit your knowledge pedagogically. Curious, autonomous, and rigorous, you demonstrate good analytical skills and are proactive in a continuous improvement process.
