You conduct intake interviews, assess CVs, and schedule appointments. Additionally, you know how to get candidates enthusiastic about a suitable position and guide them throughout the entire application process. You ensure that candidate profiles are professionally developed so that account managers can present strong proposals to clients. You also maintain close contact with candidates when they are invited for an interview or have been hired. Thanks to your commercial mindset, organizational skills, and proactive attitude, you maintain an overview and ensure that opportunities are utilized optimally.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?
