Project Manager Jr - advanced English

Your tasks

Job Objective Coordinate and follow up on projects within the manufacturing sector, ensuring compliance with established timelines, costs, and objectives. Maintain direct communication with national and international clients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and gain firsthand knowledge of production processes to guarantee the correct execution of projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on projects from planning to implementation.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, attending to their requirements and preparing executive progress presentations.
• Monitor schedules, costs, expenses, and achievement of objectives.
• Perform visits and walkthroughs on production lines to identify needs, progress, and possible areas of opportunity.
• Coordinate activities with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other involved areas.
• Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions.
• Follow up on commitments, deliverables, and dates agreed upon with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation related to projects.

Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions such as Project Manager Jr., Project Coordinator, or similar.
• Advanced English, indispensable for communication with international clients.
• Experience in customer service, preparation and delivery of executive presentations, and follow-up on commitments.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Knowledge of stamping processes and plant operations.
• Experience in monitoring cost structures, budgets, expenses, and execution times.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and SAP.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software and Minitab.
• Availability to interact directly with production lines and learn plant processes.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and follow up on projects with clients of different nationalities, mainly Japanese and European.
