Salary: $3,700 – $4,300 Reports To: Store Manager Working Hours ： 5.5 days Location: Island wide

Job Responsibilities

• Uphold the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
• Handle service issues and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Oversee multiple operational stations and recommend improvements to the Store Manager.
• Supervise, guide, and support service staff in performing their duties.
• Conduct daily roll calls, plan floor arrangements, manage staff rosters, and handle administrative duties.
• Ensure sufficient manpower during operations and update the Store Manager on any staffing changes.
• Conduct stocktaking and place orders for restaurant supplies and items.
• Perform daily checks to ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of junior staff.
• Conduct staff counseling and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions to management when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager from time to time.
