Location: Island wide

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of the store and oversee smooth daily operations.
• Manage the store’s profit and loss (P&L), budget, and forecasts to achieve business targets.
• Maximize sales revenue and customer turnover while implementing effective cost-control measures.
• Monitor operational performance, conduct cost analysis, and improve operational processes.
• Ensure food safety, operational safety, and a comfortable dining environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
• Plan manpower schedules and monitor staff attendance and leave.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of junior staff.
• Handle staff counselling and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop supervisors and service staff.
• Manage store administration and perform other duties assigned by the Senior Store Manager.
