Job Title: Sales Coordinator (ID4654) Location: Boon Lay Working Hours: 5 day work (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat) 8.00am to 5.00pm Salary:$2500-$2800 Job Scope (Responsibilities): • Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders • Liaise with clients directly if there’s delivery or stock issues • Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement • Prepare packing list for warehouse • Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in • Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice • Daily sales report submission • Mailing invoices to clients • Filing of invoices • Preparing of sticker labelling
