Quantity Surveyor (Contract Administration) (Up to $5,400 / 5 days / City Hall)

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID3500)

Location: Defu Lane Working Hour: Mon to Fri 8:30am- 6pm Salary: $3000 - $3500

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored fire protection solutions (alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems).
• Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications for bids/RFPs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, answering questions about system design, compliance, and integration.
• Liaise with project management/technical teams to validate feasibility of proposed systems.
• Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and project updates.
• Support post-sale handoff to project management/technical teams for smooth implementation.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or presentations when required.
