Operations Executive (Technical and Inventory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare On-Hire and Off-Hirereports for Isotank / SOC equipment
• Manage and update inventoryrecords with accurate data input
• Arrange trucking for emptyIsotank units
• Source and follow up withIsotank / SOC prospects and agents internationally
• Monitor and submit dailyIsotank / SOC activity reports
• Coordinate Off-Hiringprocedures for Isotank / SOC units
• Verify invoices related to SOCoperations and technical equipment
• Oversee LOLO(Loading/Offloading) activities to ensure proper handling of inventory
• Review container re-userequests and confirm units are suitable for next shipment
• Follow up with local andoverseas agents and prospects to develop potential Isotank shipmentopportunities
• Develop and Sourcing forprospective clients for new shipments

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levelqualification
• Responsible, with apositive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to workindependently and collaboratively in a team
• Basic technicalknowledge of SOC (Shipper-Owned Container) and Isotank operations
• Preferably withexperience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding
• Strong attention todetail and good organizational skills
