Tasks:

• Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department.
• Evaluate daily operations .
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services.
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff.
• Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services.
• Oversee the analysis of data and information.
• Oversee the preparation of reports.
• Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff.
• Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials.
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Supervision:

11-15 people.
