Finance Business Partner - 12 month contract

Fantastic opportunity to join an international hospitality group on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for spearheading the month end reporting process, management reporting and FP&A analysis. Duties will include:- Responsibility of the Finance Business Partner Role:- Preparation of annual budgets, liaising with the budget holders to go through any discrepancies Partner with the budget holders to explain costs, spend, income and any variances Review budgets and assist with the management reporting Liaise with budget holders in preparing the annual budget Analyse an investigate variances, forecast to budget, complete month end adjustments Analyse group and divisional budgets and reforecasts Requirement of the Finance Business Partner Role:- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified Strong advanced Excel and systems skills, ideally Power BI Exposure to AI tools for forecasting Ideally to start in November for a period of 12 months First rate Business Partnering skills Benefits of the Finance Business Partner Role:- Free on site parking Free Gym membership 25 days holiday Performance related bonus
