Working Day : Monday - Friday (2 Sat per month) / 8.00-17.30 Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare, review, and control quality system documents according to SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
• Plan and conduct internal audits.
• Manage quality issues using CAPA (Critical Control Action Plan) / Analyze root causes (Why, Fishbone).
• Define Corrective Actions (CAPA) and Preventive Actions (Preventive Actions).
• Collect data from Production, QC, R&D, Warehouse, etc.
• Analyze root causes and prepare reports for customers.
• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (GMP)

Qualifications: Male/Female Age Not over 45 years old At least 2-5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Quality Management Representative (QMR) Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (experience with ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP is an advantage) Able to create and control quality system documents such as SOPs and WIs
