Your tasks
We are looking for an organised and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our business, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Manage day-to-day finance, invoicing and payments.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable and credit control.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial commitments.
- Support payroll and complete VAT returns.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete reconciliations.
- Liaise with external accountants and HMRC.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, VAT and reconciliations.
- Confident working independently and communicating with management.
