Job Summary
Support daily production activities to meet output and quality targets by maintaining equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production activities to achieve target output and maintain product quality standards
- Identify and report machine breakdowns or faults promptly to the Production Supervisor for corrective action
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of machines and surrounding work areas to ensure operational safety
- Monitor product quality during production and notify the Production Supervisor immediately of any defects
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to sustain a safe and organized production environment
- Lift and move materials weighing 15kg to 22kg on an ad hoc basis to support production needs
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Work overtime as required to meet production schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of primary or secondary education (PSLE, lower secondary, N Level, or ITE)
- Technical qualifications related to manufacturing or production processes
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated initiative, drive, and commitment as a team player
- Physical fitness and good health to meet job demands
