Technical Services Manager — Permanent

Location: Central Region | Experience: Manager | Salary: 5500 - 7500

We are looking for a hands-on manager to oversee technical design and building standards for our global hotel properties. This is a key role for someone who loves detail.

Requirements:

• Draft detailed 2D and 3D building plans using AutoCAD software.
• Manage site layouts, electrical designs, and mechanical project requirements.
• Help source building materials and coordinate with various local contractors.
• Need at least two years of experience in building services or design.
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• Salary ranges from 5,500 to 7,500 based on your expertise.
• This is a permanent, full-time position located in the Central Region.
