- Lead project cost estimation and manage building tenders effectively.
- Oversee construction contracts and ensure all pricing is accurate.
- Guide and mentor a team of junior surveyors daily.
- Must have a degree and over ten years of surveying experience.
- Previous leadership experience is essential for this role.
- Experience with residential and institutional building projects is preferred.
- Professional certification in quantity surveying is a plus.
- Based at a central office location near Lavender.
