Your tasks
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and oversee M&E works for construction projects.
Requirements
- Monitor project progress and report directly to the Project Manager.
- Prepare method statements and resolve technical drawing discrepancies.
- Oversee project planning, design, material requisition, and cost control.
- Manage RFA, RFI, shop drawings, and technical submissions for timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Ensure site installation quality aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise MEP services and coordinate closely with internal departments.
